This icon is intended to provide a common visual cue that Information Cards can be used to provide information to a site or program, similarly to how the RSS icon <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/self-issued.info\/images\/icon_feed.gif\" \/> is used to indicate the availability of syndicated content.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The guidelines for the use of the icon, a frequently asked questions document, a set of png images of the icon rendered in a range of sizes, and the original artwork in Illustrator format are all <a href=\"http:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/downloads\/details.aspx?FamilyID=ce99e033-39a8-4bc5-9014-60ed0b560d0e&#038;displaylang=en\">available together in a download package<\/a>.  Please consult <a href=\"https:\/\/self-issued.info\/infocard_icon\/Information%20Card%20Icon%20Guidelines.pdf\">the guidelines<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/self-issued.info\/infocard_icon\/Information%20Card%20Icon%20Frequently%20Asked%20Questions.pdf\">the FAQ<\/a> before using the icon.<\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll notice that the <a href=\"https:\/\/self-issued.info\/wp-content\/plugins\/wp-infocard\/login\/login.php\">login page for my blog<\/a> now uses the icon.  Hopefully your sites will soon too!<\/p>\n<p>And just for fun, because the icon is, after all, a graphical element, here&#8217;s a gallery of the renderings of the icon that we included in the downloads package.
